Hi All, here are just a few recordings I did with one of my East & West bands that focuses on very simple drumming (which I still enjoy doing). Unlike my drum clinics where there's room to, shall I say.... "Let it all out!" You will be able to hear ethnic SE-Asian instruments like the gamelan, tablas, Chinese flute, pipa cello and modern electric bass and pianos.

As a SE-Asian drummer, I have been always proud of my heritage and roots. And I hope to expose these backgrounds of mine to the outside regions of SE-Asia. As I mature as a player, I personally feel that there is no point in copying too much of our "other influences" which has been good but there are still so much to discover and learn in our Asian musical roots as well.
